SECURITY RULES OF CONDUCT

  • Harassment in any form, including sexual harassment or any discriminatory behavior.
  • Use of profanity or abusive language to any Supervisor or Manager, employee, client, or member of the public.
  • Refusal to cooperate in any investigation in the workplace.
  • Violation of Top Line Security Protection Services LLC Electronic Communication Policy.
  • Excessive personal use of electronic devices and/or unauthorized use or possession of electronic devices while on duty.
  • Disclosure of proprietary or confidential company or client information.
  • Disloyalty to the company or disparagement of its products and services.
  • Embezzlement, theft, vandalism, or other unauthorized removal of Top Line Security Protection Services LLC property or misappropriation of company funds and assets.
  • Falsifying records or reports, including timekeeping documents and other accessories.
  • Theft or unauthorized removal, use, or possession of the company, client, or another employee’s personal property.
  • Dishonesty, unethical conduct, or theft of services.
  • Use, possession, distribution, or sale of controlled substances in any quantity, or being under the influence of such substances while on company premises or conducting company personal business.
  • Failure to pass a substance test or refusal to take a substance test.
  • Reporting to any Top Line Security Protection Services LLC facility intoxicated on duty.
  • Tardiness or absence from work without advance notification.
  • Unsatisfactory job performance, including sleeping on duty, will not be tolerated.
  • Fighting or threatening violence to co-workers, clients, visitors, or members of the public.
  • Gambling while at work, on company time, or on any client's private property.
  • Negligent or inappropriate conduct may result in or cause injury to persons or damage to the client's private property.
  • Failure to make an immediate report of any incident that involves or is on client property.
  • Malicious damage to client's private property.
  • Violation of safety rules and failure to report equipment failures or safety hazards to Company Management and Client (Ownership).
  • Smoking in any worksite is managed by Top Line Security Protection Services for security.
  • Walking off the job, off post, abandoning of schedule, or leaving assigned post area during work hours.
